All Core Pilates Worcestershire classes are run by Natalie Wratten.
Natalie has a background in Physiotherapy, having qualified from The University of Birmingham in 2010 and spent 8 years working in the NHS and Private sectors. She then decided to take a break from her Physiotherapy practice to focus on Pilates and family life.
Natalie found her love for teaching Pilates in 2013 and started her training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute); a world-leading Pilates teacher-training provider. She completed their Pilates matwork programme over the following years and chose to take (and subsequently pass) her certification exams with the same provider. This was challenging and not an essential requirement, but one which demonstrates her level of knowledge and skill.
She has since continued to teach Pilates classes, both online and in-person, across Worcestershire. Natalie prides herself on providing a warm, welcoming environment in class, getting to know each participant and modifying classes to suit every attendee.
