 About our classes

Core Pilates classes are small, friendly and non-competitive. All of our classes are taught by Natalie Wratten; an experienced, fully-certified APPI Pilates instructor, with a background in Physiotherapy. 


Pilates has been found to improve core strength, balance and flexibility through a series of mat-based exercises. Our classes are suitable for almost everyone and Natalie's training and background enables her to modify exercises in class to ensure each participant works at the right level for them.
